It is essential to clarify that we are a reputable medical clinic and not merely a beauty shop. Consequently, we adhere to a strict policy that requires a 24-hour cancellation notice; Otherwise, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. All clients must be over the age of 18, as we prioritize the health and safety of our patients and legal requirements. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse treatment at our discretion, based on individual assessments of each client’s unique situation and needs.

We also would like to highlight that, due to various health and safety risks, no children are allowed within the clinic premises whilst any consultation and/or treatment is taking place. This policy is implemented to ensure that we maintain a safe and professional environment for all our clients and staff alike.

No refunds will be given, if any booked appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and no refunds or deposits paid will be returned to the client. The funds cannot be used against any alternative treatments or appointments. The client accepts these terms and conditions at the time of booking.
